NNA – General Abbas Ibrahim on Monday took to the social media platform "X" to denounce the recent assault on refugee camps in Rafah’s Tal al-Sultan. In a strongly worded statement, Ibrahim described the incident as an "Israeli war crime in every sense of the term."

"The attack on 10 UNRWA displacement camps and the bombing of innocent children and women in an area presumed safe is an act of barbarism beyond description," Ibrahim wrote.

He further added, "This brutal assault, which resulted in the martyrdom of 35 Palestinians and injured dozens more, represents the pinnacle of barbarity and inhumanity. Is this the outcome of US pressure to spare civilians in Rafah?"
