NNA – The Lebanese Army announced on Twitter that Army Chief, General Joseph Aoun, visited the State of Qatar, where he was received by Deputy Prime Minister, Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani.

“The army commander thanked the Qatari foreign minister for the repeated initiatives undertaken by sisterly Qatar to assist the Lebanese army during this stage," the tweet indicated.
