NNA – Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri wished the Lebanese a “Happy New Year”, saying via Twitter: “We bid farewell to a year that was very difficult because of the crises that impacted the lives of the Lebanese in various aspects, and I ask the Lord Almighty that conditions would change in the new year and that the cessation of the collapse, the return of stability, and the implementation of the constitutional obligations on time would be achieved.”
