NNA - European Union Ambassador to Lebanon, Ralph Tarraf, on Friday tweeted the following marking Human Rights Day: “On Human Rights Day, we reiterate the importance of judicial independence as a prerequisite to ensuring that fundamental rights and freedoms are enjoyed without discrimination, as per the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.”
