NNA - Minister of Information George Kordahi took to Twitter on Thursday to extend his greetings to the UAE on its 50th National Day.

"A wholehearted greeting to the beloved Emirates on its 50th National Day," Kordahi tweeted, heaping praise on the UAE's path of achievement, development, and ambition.

Remembering late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan, Kordahi said the founding father of the Emirates laid the groundwork for his successors, who made of their country a nation of peace, prosperity, and tolerance.
