NNA - At least six Palestinians were killed this morning as Israeli warplanes and artillery attacked multiple residential areas in the city of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, and the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central area of the enclave.
In Khan Younis province, local sources reported that three Palestinians were killed and others injured due to Israeli shelling targeting two vehicles on the west of the town of Al-Qarara. The remains of the three victims were subsequently transported to Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis.
Simultaneously, at least three more citizens, including a child, were killed, and others injured in an Israeli strike on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Paramedics reported that the deceased were transferred to Al-Awda Hospital in the camp following an attack on a home belonging to the Shehada family.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 43,204 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 101,640 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.--WAFA
