NNA – The southern Lebanese town of Nabatieh on Friday held a funeral for the 16 martyrs killed in last Wednesday's Israeli airstrike on the municipal building and neighborhoods of Nabatieh, along with another martyr who was killed in a recent attack.

The 17 bodies were laid out at the Rawdat al-Salihin mosque, with a large crowd from Nabatieh and nearby areas attending in grief and sorrow.

Sheikh Abdul Hussein Sadiq led the prayers before the coffins were carried by mourners and buried in a single mass grave.
