NNA - Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes across southern Lebanon on Friday, causing multiple casualties and significant property damage.

In Aita al-Shaab, a strike hit the town around midday, while a separate raid on al-Zrariyeh near Wadi Khalil resulted in fatalities.

Further airstrikes targeted the towns of al-Bazourieh, Shaytiyeh, and Jouaiya, leading to extensive damage to property.

In Marjeyoun, two missiles struck the Ebil Al-Saqi area, one hitting a three-story building and another striking a house. The proximity of the strikes to residential areas caused widespread alarm.

Additionally, Israeli jets bombed the town of al-Malikieh in the Tyre district, and an unidentified object exploded off the coast of Naqoura, emitting smoke in the sea near Tyre.
