NNA - Caretaker Minister of Energy and Water, Walid Fayyad, left Beirut today to participate in the "Cairo Water Week" Conference entitled: "Water at the heart of climate action."

Fayyad heads the Lebanese delegation which will take part in several high-level panel discussions on policies in water-scarce countries to achieve the sustainable development goals.

Fayyad will also hold several meetings, on the sidelines of the conference, with his counterparts, the Egyptian Ministers of Energy and Irrigation.
