NNA - During his participation in the 41st meeting of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal-Canada, the Caretaker Minister of Public Works, Ali Hamieh, sponsored the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Lebanon and the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, to create a flexible technical legal framework for bilateral cooperation and to make maximum use of the development of the civil aviation sector and the air transport sector.

According to a statement, this memorandum came as a continuation of the work and meetings held in Beirut on April 13, 2022 in cooperation with the European Union and the Italian Civil Aviation Authority.
