NNA - During his visit to Egypt, the Head of Economic Bodies in Lebanon, former Minister Mohamed Choucair, met with Egyptian Senator Khaled Abdel-Latif Aish, with talks touching on ways to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries.

After the meeting, Choucair indicated that he "was informed of the measures to be taken by Egyptian authorities to facilitate foreign investments," noting that "the positive developments that took place in Egypt in the past period enabled it to overcome its financial crisis, and that things will take a positive turn."

Choucair called on Lebanese businessmen to keep pace with these developments, considering Egypt as one of the most important investment destinations for Lebanon's businessmen.
