NNA - The Depositors Outcry Association’s Media Coordinator, Moussa Agassi, on Friday pointed out in an interview with the National News Agency (NNA): "After the operation carried out by Mrs. Sally Hafez in cooperation and coordination with the Depositors' Outcry Association, the depositors' intifada against Lebanese banks began today, three years after seizing depositors’ money. Nine banks were stormed today, and the operation is underway on five other banks.”

Agassi added that the Depositors Outcry Association "does not acknowledge any negotiations it is not part of, and it will attack the homes of bank owners if the banks close."
