11:00 am               Inspection tour by Dr. Ahmad Tamer, Director General of Land and Maritime Transport, along with the contractor responsible for dredging and expanding the mouth of the Beirut River. This project will be conducted within the public maritime domain in collaboration with the army, as commissioned by Dr. Ali Hamieh, Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government.

In the afternoon, a Middle East Airlines cargo plane carrying 90 tons of humanitarian and relief supplies from the Republic of Pakistan will arrive at Rafik Hariri International Airport.
