9:30 am          Field visit by Caretaker Ministers of Public Works, Transportation, Energy, and Water, Dr. Ali Hamieh and Dr. Walid Fayyad, to the logistical base that has been approved at Rafic Hariri International Airport for the takeoff and landing of the helicopter, which has been designated for providing services to and from the drilling rig in Block No. 9.

11:00 am        Press conference by Kfarhazir Environmental Committee and the environmental gathering in Koura at St. Jacob's Church hall in Kfarhazir. 

The conference will be followed by a press tour in Koura.
