9:00 am        Opening of the "Arab Economic Forum" in its 28th session under the title of "Lebanon: The Road to Oil" under the patronage and presence of Prime Minister Najib Mikati, at the Intercontinental Phenicia Hotel - Beirut.

10:45 am       Inspection visit by Caretaker Minister of Public Works and Transportation, Dr. Ali Hamieh, to the Masnaa crossing of the Lebanese-Syrian border to announce the activation of the information link system between the Masnaa border crossing and the General Directorate of Land and Maritime Transport of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation. The visit will be followed by a press conference. 

11:00 am      Opening of a conference titled "Between Arbitration and Governance in the Age of Technology" organized by the Syndicate of Informatics and Technology and the International Chamber of Arbitration (I.C.A.C) at the Phenicia Hotel under the auspices and presence of Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Al-Makary.
