10:30 am           Under the Patronage and Presence of the Minister of Education and Higher Education HE. Judge Abbas EL Halabi the Ministry of Education and Higher Education holds the opening event of the distribution of didactic materials to public schools as part of the project “Supporting Francophone Teaching and Learning for Vulnerable Lebanese and non-Lebanese Students” implemented in partnership with UNESCO and funded by Education Cannot Wait (ECW), which has already benefitted 435,490 girls and boys at pre-primary and primary education. The event takes place in Jal El Dib Intermediate Public School

10:30 pm    Sidon Municipality and the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development, in cooperation with the United Nations Environment Program - West Asia Office, organize the Sidon Environmental Forum "Towards an Environmentally Sustainable City - Sidon as a Model", sponsored by Caretaker Minister of Environment, Nasser Yassin, in presence of Musbah Al-Bizri Hall at the municipal palace of Sidon. 

3:00 pm     Certificate awarding ceremony for the judicial experience course for accounting experts, at the invitation of the Association of Accounting Experts, at the Association's headquarters in Mathaf. 

5:00 pm     Second meeting of the "Depositors and Lawyers Forum" held at the Smallville Hotel, Mathaf locality. The meeting is scheduled to define the objectives and practical steps for the future actions of depositors and their lawyers.
