11:30 a.m.     Italian Ambassador, Nicoletta Bombardiere, accompanied by Caretaker Energy and Environment Ministers, Walid Fayad and Nasser Yassine, and United Nations Development Program Director in Lebanon, visit the wastewater treatment plant in Zahle to sign a maintenance and operation project by UNDP in preparation for the plant’s handover to the Lebanese authorities.
