NNA - Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim on Thursday received at his office  Brazilian Ambassador to Lebanon, Tarcísio Costa, accompanied by the military attaché and political advisor. 

The discussion addressed the potential for escalation in southern Lebanon, and Maj. Gen. Ibrahim ruled out the likelihood of a full-scale war, considering that any potential escalation in Lebanon would be contained.
