NNA - Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, will receive today French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné, who will be visiting him at 3:30 pm at his Beirut residence.

The visit comes "as part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce the escalation in the region,” as reported by Agence France-Presse quoting diplomatic sources.

Séjourné is also expected to meet with House Speaker Nabih Berri and his Caretaker Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib.
