NNA - Reuters quoted Al-Aqsa TV channel, affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), as saying that the Israeli occupation army was launching air strikes on areas in eastern Rafah near neighborhoods that had received evacuation orders.

It quoted witnesses as saying that some Palestinian families went out adrift under the rain showers after receiving instructions through text messages in Arabic, phone calls, and leaflets to move to what the Israeli enemy army described as an “expanded humanitarian services area” 20 kilometers away.

Sami Abu Zuhri, a leader of the Hamas movement, told Reuters, “The Israeli evacuation order from Rafah is a dangerous development and will have repercussions.”

He added: “The American administration bears responsibility alongside the occupation for this terrorism.”
