NNA – Lebanese Army Command - Orientation Directorate issued a statement on Sunday, in which it indicated that “on October 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., an Israeli enemy gunboat violated the Lebanese territorial waters off Ras Al-Naqoura to a distance of approximately 333 meters, for an interval of 10 minutes.”

The statement added that “between 3:55 p.m. & 4:00 p.m., a similar hostile gunboat breached the aforementioned sea spot to a distance of about 370 meters,” and “between 5:13 p.m. and 6:09 p.m., another enemy gunboat violated the same sea spot to a distance of approximately 203 meters,” and also “between 5:18 p.m. and 5:43 p.m., a similar enemy gunboat breached the aforementioned sea spot to an approximate distance of 481 meters.”

The violations are being followed-up in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in south Lebanon, the statement added.
