According to Russian intelligence, three residents of the Novosibirsk province prepared five incendiary devices (so-called Molotov cocktails), but they were unable to carry out their plan and were arrested by men of the Russian Federal Security Service near the main electoral headquarters building while they were trying to carry out their terrorist attack.
