NNA - The President of the Lebanese American University in Beirut (LAU), Dr. Michel Mawad, and LAU Alumni Club Head in Abu Dhabi, Naim Estephan, honored Lebanon's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Fouad Chehab Dandan, in appreciation of his tireless efforts at the diplomatic level to consolidate and strengthen the historical fraternal relations between Lebanon and the Emirates. His relentless efforts were also valued for taking good care of the embassy team and the Lebanese residents and visitors.

This came as the University marks its first centenial year in 2024, where Ambassador Dandan thanked both President Mawad and Estephan and expressed his pride for this honorable gesture.

“I am proud of this honor, and it motivates me to exert more effort in light of the delicate stage that Lebanon and the region are going through," reassured Dandan.
